SMTP Authentication

Solution
SmarterMail supports outgoing email SMTP authentication. It is disabled by default. Please submit a technical support ticket with your domain name if you want to turn it on.

Make sure you change your email client configuration or programming. Otherwise you cannot send out email.

SmarterMail will bypass SMTP authentication if your domains sit in the same email server.
