Can I upgrade or downgrade my hosting package?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade the hosting packages in the same group. Please submit a sales ticket with your old and new plan. We will upgrade or downgrade for you.
It is not easy to upgrade a shared plan to a reseller one or downgrade from a reseller plan to a shared one. If you are willing to do so, please signup a new plan first. You need to move your domains and databases from old plan to the new plan manually.
