Problem
How can I transfer my DotNetNuke sites to your servers from other providers?

Solution
Please follow these steps if you want to transfer your DNN sites to our servers.

1) Go to our web site and signup with one of our shared or reseller plan.
2) You will receive your account information within 15 minutes after signup.
3) Go to Helm control panel and create your hosting plans and users first. Then you need to create all domains and MSSQL databases under these users. (Please see welcome email for detail).
3) Ask your previous provider to backup your MSSQL databases and ftp to our server (your domain /db folder).
4) Upload your web files to our server (your domain /wwwroot folder).
5) Submit a technical support ticket with the following information.
Domain Name:
Database Name:
Database Username:
Password:

6) We will restore your databases and get your sites up.
7) We will email the temporary URLs and you can test the sites out.
8) You can switch your DNS if everything works ok.
